This books had got a couple of things wrong, first of all that Elizabeth was granted by the rest of Henry's wives, unlike her HALF SISTER, not step-sister, Mary who LOVED HER and did not hate her, Who was out of favour as Anne Boleyn took on the throne and then when her father married Catherine Howard, Anne Boleyn's cousin, Elizabeth's second cousin.

This book is focussing on the eventful events in this decade, As Henry turns into a true monarch, Burning with inpatients while Wolsey sees if he can figure out a way to get Henry his divorce, But the Pope will not let him annul his marrige to the devote Catholic Queen, making Princess Mary a princess no longer but a bastard.

Superb facts come to mind when you read this, Anne Boleyn. An amazing character, Very interesting legend and form of Anne Boleyn. Alison Prince must have worked so hard to create The wonderful main character, Elinor Valjean. And to carry on with Eva's daughter must have been a delight!

This is quite a story, covering a few years as the diary of Eva who is from a titled family, A Friend of Princess Catherine of Aragon who leaves her warm home to a chilly bitter country.

Catherine really loves Harry (Later Henry VIII) the first time they meet, but she came here to marry Arthur, not to be betrothed to him then run away with his brother, But this is the beginning of her love, When the prince dies sickly. Although Bad news is that The King wants to take Catherine for himself as everybody knows it is unlawful for a man to marry his brother's widow.

Maybe she shouldn't have married The King because this is how it all starts, and she has no idea how unhappy it will end out in the end, And who carries her fate, just one person and we all know who she is, Anne Boleyn.
